Frequently asked questions

How do I record a session?

Tap the Record button in the bottom navigation bar. Choose Practice, Drills, or Match, then follow the prompts to log your bowls end by end.

How do I connect with my coach?

Your coach can search for you by name in the app and send you a coaching request. Once you accept, you will see them in the My Coaches section on your home screen, and they will be able to view your analytics and send you messages.

What match formats are supported?

BowlsIQ supports Singles, Pairs (including 2-4-2), Triples, and Fours. You can record end-by-end scores, shot types, and individual bowl details for each format.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile, then Settings, then Account & Security. Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data from our servers, including sessions, analytics, wellbeing records, and coaching connections. This action cannot be undone.

Is BowlsIQ free?

Yes. BowlsIQ is free to use for both players and coaches.

What devices are supported?

BowlsIQ is available on iPhone and on the web at bowlsiq.app. Android support is coming soon.
